Cultivating Excellence

At WASHK, we are committed to the ongoing growth and development of our staff. We provide a range of professional development opportunities to help our teachers and support staff enhance their skills and knowledge.  Throughout the school year, we host a variety of in-service training sessions and workshops led by experienced educators and subject matter experts. Our teachers have opportunities to observe their colleagues’ classrooms and provide constructive feedback.

We also offer instructional coaching to help teachers implement new strategies and techniques in their own classrooms. We support staff attendance at local education conferences, where they can network with peers, attend workshops, and discover the latest innovations in the field. By investing in the professional development of our staff, we aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that our students receive the highest-quality educational experience.
