Wycombe Abbey International’s partnership with the global education group British Education Limited (BE) has resulted in the development of four outstanding international schools in Greater China: Changzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Hong Kong. It has worked closely with the relevant authorities to implement local requirements in teaching and learning whilst also delivering Wycombe Abbey’s fundamental values. The Wycombe Abbey International board monitors our schools’ quality standards and successes through regular engagement and visits.

BE Study Abroad is conveniently located in the same building as Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong, providing convenient access to after school tuition for pupils pursuing applications to the most elite UK boarding schools.

Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong has been a proud sponsor of the The Hong Kong Football Club Hockey Section since 2023. We are committed to supporting the development of youth sports and are impressed by the Football Club’s dedication to fostering a passion for hockey among young players.
Through this sponsorship, we aim to contribute to the growth and success of the Football Club Hockey Section’s junior program. We are particularly excited to support the annual junior hockey tournament, which will bring together competing clubs from all corners of Hong Kong. This event aligns perfectly with our shared vision of providing young athletes with access to competitive opportunities, and a chance to showcase their skills on a larger stage.
Furthermore, the Hong Kong Football Club’s state-of-the-art all-weather hockey pitch also hosts our school’s new hockey program every Thursday afternoon. This program will offer Year 5 to Year 8 pupils the opportunity to participate in an hour and a half sessions with top coaches in Hong Kong, all of whom have extensive international playing experience. This new sports program reinforces our school’s commitment to holistic learning and places emphasis on the importance of learning both in the classroom and outside of school.
We believe that by providing our pupils with access to quality coaching, training facilities, and competitive opportunities, we can help them reach their full potential and develop a lifelong passion for the sport. Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong Partners with Hong Kong Country Club to Enhance Extracurricular Activities
Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the prestigious Hong Kong Country Club to expand and enhance its extracurricular activity (ECA) program. This collaboration will provide our students with access to world-class facilities and expert coaching, further enriching their educational experience.
Through this partnership, Wycombe Abbey students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports and activities at the Hong Kong Country Club, including tennis, swimming, and potentially more in the future. The club’s fantastic facilities and location, conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from our school, will be available to our students during non-peak hours, perfectly aligning with our ECA period between 3pm and 5pm.
The Hong Kong Country Club, in line with its commitment to supporting the community and promoting healthy lifestyles, is proud to offer its sports facilities to schools free of charge. This initiative aims to encourage and enable young people to participate in sports and widen the range of sports opportunities available to the community.
