This prestigious award places us as the only school in Hong Kong to have earned this honour for three years in a row, solidifying our position as a leader in innovative and technology-driven education.
Our journey as a Microsoft Showcase School began with a shared vision to prepare our pupils for a rapidly changing world. We embraced the Microsoft Education Transformation Framework (ETF) and its four pillars – Empowering Educators, Engaging Students, Optimizing Operations, and Transforming Leadership – as guiding principles for our digital transformation journey.
We have implemented a comprehensive strategy that includes:
- Empowering educators: We have provided our teachers with extensive professional development opportunities to enhance their skills in using Microsoft technologies effectively in the classroom. Our seven Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts (MIEEs) have played a pivotal role in leading this transformation, sharing best practices, and inspiring their colleagues.
- Engaging students: We have integrated Microsoft technologies, such as Minecraft Education, Teams, Flip, Reading Progress, Reflect, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, into our curriculum to create immersive, engaging and personalized learning experiences.
