Physically – improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance performance, agility and hand-eye-foot coordination of the students through badminton training and playing.
Mentally – build team spirit through practising and improving with teammates and introduce the importance of sportsmanship and determination – never give up through learning and training badminton. Teaching Contents: Catching and throwing – for anticipation and interaction with shuttles

Strokes – Forehand High Serve, Clear, Forehand Lift, Backhand Lift
